Investigating the psyche of an executioner is something Bollywood has steered clear of, yet debutante chief Jijy Phillip attempts to consider some fresh possibilities with the story of My Wife's Murder. Anil Kapoor plays Ravi Patwardhan, a film editorial manager who coincidentally murders his annoying wife and decides to conceal the wrongdoing. Notwithstanding, disposing of the body is just the start of the pointless fooling around. Unsophisticated however unpretentious, this tense thrill ride will leave you satisfied with the conclusion.
Ravi (Kappoor) has effectively had enough of his suspicious wife (Suchitra Krishnamoorhty) and her accussations that he's having an unsanctioned romance with his young assistant Reena (Nandana Sen), some time before a terrible spat ends in her accidental demise. Settling on the split decision to conceal the occurrence from his youngsters, Ravi finds it troublesome deceiving the police, especially when capricious Inspector Tejpal (Boman Irani) comes snooping. Soon one harmless exaggeration leads to another, leaving both Ravi and the crowd contemplating whether he will pull off murder.
